At Coordinating Chaos, we prioritize our clients' needs and ensure that every aspect of the estate sale is tailored to their specific situation. We work closely with our clients to create a customized plan that fits their needs and preferences.
Once an estate sale agreement has been signed, we schedule a one to two week time period to go thru the items, price the items, promote the upcoming estate sale, staging the estate sale, having the estate sale and any property clean out. An estate sale is usually three days, a Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The exact time needed for your estate sale process will be determined during the free consultation.
Our commission fee and any costs involved in running an estate sale for you depend on the scope of work required in the estate sale. We offer a free initial consultation to discuss your needs and we can provide you with estimated costs.
No, you do not need to be present during the estate sale. We handle everything from start to finish, including organizing, pricing, and conducting the sale. However, you are welcome to attend the sale if you wish to do so.
After the estate sale, any unsold items can be donated to a charity of your choice or disposed of according to your preference. We also offer home clean-out services or junk removal if needed.
We serve the Omaha metro area, including Omaha, Bellevue, Ralston, Papillion, La Vista and Elkhorn.
